India's Labour Codes

Labour Codes compliance tracking for Indian employers

IntelloSync helps employers track obligations under India's four Labour Codes — the Code on Wages, the Industrial Relations Code, the Code on Social Security and the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code. IntelloComply maps obligations to each entity and establishment, assigns owners and deadlines, and keeps evidence for inspections.

The regulation in brief

The Government of India made the four Labour Codes — the Code on Wages, 2019, the Industrial Relations Code, 2020, the Code on Social Security, 2020 and the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 — effective from 21 November 2025, consolidating 29 earlier labour laws. Central and state rules under the Codes govern many detailed requirements.
