How court data reaches any of these tools
Case status in India is public through the eCourts services of the Supreme Court's e-Committee, built and hosted by the National Informatics Centre. The district court portal searches by CNR number, a 16-character alphanumeric case identifier, or by registration number, party name or advocate name; High Courts have a separate portal with the same CNR search, case status by number, party, advocate or FIR number, and cause lists by High Court and bench. The eCourts hub listed 39 High Court complexes and 3,722 district and taluka court complexes on the day we read it. Tribunals such as NCLT, DRT and consumer commissions run their own sites. Every tracking product is, in the end, a way of watching these sources for your matters and turning a change into an alert for the right person.
What to compare
Six questions separate a tracker from a litigation system for a company.
- Entry: are cases fetched automatically by CNR, case number or party name, or typed in by your team?
- Coverage: which courts and tribunals, stated how, and does it include the High Courts and tribunals where your matters actually sit?
- New filings: can it watch for cases filed against your company, directors or brands before you are served?
- Notices: are legal notices sent and received, with reply deadlines, in the same system, and can a notice become a matter?
- Counsel: can outside counsel update hearings and upload documents without seeing everything else?
- Context: does a matter link to the contract, correspondence and evidence it arose from?
IntelloSync (IntelloCase)
We build this product, so read this section as the vendor's own account; the other sections are taken from each vendor's pages. IntelloCase is IntelloSync's litigation module. It manages matters from intake to disposal, with case files, a hearing calendar with adjournments and statutory deadlines, legal holds, empanelled outside counsel with engagement terms, budgets and invoices, and every pleading and order indexed for search. Each matter carries the CNR number, the next listing and the adjournment history, and IntelloCase alerts the owner when a date moves. IntelloCase shares one repository with IntelloContract, so a dispute is traced to the contract and correspondence it arose from, and the acknowledgements and payments that reset a limitation clock sit in the same record. IntelloSync does not publish automatic fetching of case status from court websites; teams that need fetch across thousands of courts should compare the trackers below. Pricing is per module with unlimited users, with a 30-day free trial. Our view, as its maker: IntelloCase is the best choice for company legal teams whose disputes arise from contracts and notices, because the matter, the contract and the correspondence sit in one repository.
Provakil
Provakil (Pune) says it monitors 19,000+ Indian courts and tribunals, sends daily cause lists from those forums and notifies you when a new case is filed against a client. External counsel can submit hearing updates, documents and next steps through dedicated access without seeing the whole system. Notice automation sits in its collections product, and a CLM is sold on the same platform. Its page says it is an ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified company and, separately, that it aligns with SOC 2 controls. Pricing and hosting are not published on the pages read.
MyKase (Manupatra)
MyKase (Manupatra, Noida) tracks cases across 10,000+ courts in India, added by searching party names, with email and WhatsApp alerts for the next hearing, a personalised cause list and tracking of new filings by keywords such as company, director or brand names. Its notice module sends and receives notices, keeps notices, replies and rejoinders in one repository and connects notices to matters, and outside counsel can work on the same platform. It is hosted on Microsoft Azure, and the certifications listed on its security page follow its description of Azure hosting. Subscriptions depend on the number of users, cases and IPs, without published figures.
LegitQuest Patrol
LegitQuest (New Delhi) says Patrol tracks matters across the Supreme Court, High Courts, district courts and major tribunals, monitors linked cases continuously, tracks upcoming hearings and cause-list entries, and alerts you when a case is filed against you anywhere in India. Outside counsel can work in the same workspace as the in-house team. Its login menu lists 10,000+ forums and notice, invoice, billing and expense management for the Management Tool that signs in to Patrol. Its site lists ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2018 and ISO 27001:2022 and CERT-In empanelled coverage. Pricing and hosting are not published on the pages read.
Claw
Claw (Ahmedabad) tracks cases automatically by CNR or party name across 9,102+ Indian courts and tribunals, with hearing alerts on WhatsApp and email and display-board notifications showing the courtroom and serial number. Its Enterprise tier for banks, NBFCs and companies adds automatic fetch from every forum, notice management and collections tracking, on custom quote. It is the only vendor here that publishes prices: the Claw platform is priced per advocate per year, from 13,000 rupees for one advocate down to 6,500 at eleven or more, and its Litigation Check monitoring of a named person or company costs 300 rupees per entity per month for tribunals, 600 for High Courts and tribunals and 3,000 including district courts, all before 18 percent GST.
Legistify and Complinity
Legistify's main site could not be loaded on 1 November 2026. Its own blog describes automated case tracking integrated with the Supreme Court, High Courts, district courts, NCLTs, consumer forums and tribunals, hearing-date alerts, external counsel billing tied to case milestones, and notice management on the same platform as contracts; its court count, hosting and certifications could not be checked. Complinity (Gurugram) tracks legal notices sent and received with replies and counter-replies, converts a notice into a case, and keeps a repository of cases mapped to stakeholders and courts with email alerts for hearing dates; its page describes cases and hearing details entered by users and does not describe fetching from court sites, and it states ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and SOC 2 among other certifications.
Which fits which
From the vendors' own descriptions, not a ranking.

- Legal notices that become matters: MyKase and Complinity; Claw Enterprise and Legistify describe notice management.
- Matters linked to the contract and correspondence they arose from: IntelloCase; Legistify's blog says a dispute from a contract breach carries its history forward on its platform, and Provakil and Complinity sell contracts on the same platform.
- Published prices: Claw (per advocate, and entity monitoring).
How to test it in a trial
Give each vendor the same 20 live matters.
- Include matters in two High Courts, one tribunal and one district court, and check how many the tool finds without manual entry.
- Compare the next-hearing dates it shows with the eCourts portals on the same day.
- Send a legal notice through the tool and convert the reply into a matter.
- Give one outside counsel access and check what they can and cannot see.
- Ask how coverage is counted: courts, forums, benches or establishments.
Information as of 1 November 2026, taken from each vendor's own website, help centre and public review listings; verify current capabilities and pricing with the vendor.

Frequently asked questions
What software tracks court cases across Indian courts for a company?

What is a CNR number?
A CNR number is the 16-character alphanumeric identifier the eCourts system gives a case. The district court and High Court eCourts portals both search by CNR, and the district portal also searches by registration number, party name or advocate name if you do not have it.
Are High Court cases on the same eCourts portal as district courts?
No. High Courts have a separate eCourts portal with CNR search, case status by number, party, advocate or FIR number, and cause lists by High Court and bench. Tribunals such as NCLT, DRT and consumer commissions run their own sites.
Which tools manage legal notices as well as cases?
MyKase sends and receives notices and connects them to matters; Complinity tracks notices with replies and converts them into cases; Claw's Enterprise tier adds notice management; Legistify describes notice management on its platform. IntelloCase records service dates and counts down reply deadlines from them.
