IntelloSync at a glance
IntelloContract is the contract module of the IntelloSync platform. Contracts are drafted from templates and negotiated as real .docx files in Word Online or desktop Word, with the Copilot add-in reviewing against your playbooks inside the Word pane. Approvals route by contract type, value and department. Execution supports Aadhaar OTP eSign, DSC token signing and virtual signatures, plus Zoho Sign, DocuSign and Adobe Sign for global counterparties, with digital e-stamping in the same flow. After signature, the repository extracts parties, dates and obligations and feeds renewals to a calendar with owners and alerts. The same repository, permission model and AI layer serve IntelloVault (documents), IntelloVendor (third-party risk), IntelloComply (regulatory and contractual obligations) and IntelloCase (litigation). Pricing is per module with unlimited users, with a 30-day free trial. IntelloSync is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified.
Where you negotiate
Icertis Experience for Word is a Word add-in: lawyers create and edit own or third-party paper, tag clauses, attributes and signatories, run clause discovery, raise deviations for approval and publish, all inside Word. Icertis's help wiki lists Office 2016 for desktop and Microsoft 365 desktop on Windows and macOS; Word Online is not mentioned. IntelloSync also keeps lawyers in Word, but as native .docx editing in both Word Online and desktop Word, with the Copilot add-in for playbook review. For a team that works from browsers or managed devices without installed Office, that difference decides adoption.
Signing and stamping in India
Icertis does not publish its own e-signature; signing runs through partners such as Adobe. Aadhaar eSign, DSC token signing and Indian e-stamping are not published anywhere on the pages read. IntelloSync supports Aadhaar OTP eSign, DSC and virtual signatures natively alongside Zoho Sign, DocuSign and Adobe Sign, and manages e-stamping, stamp inventory and allocation inside the workflow. For an Indian entity, that is the difference between one flow and three.
Scope and integration
Icertis is strongest where contracting is driven by enterprise systems: SAP Ariba and Fieldglass adapters, Dynamics 365 Finance and Sales, and Salesforce. It publishes obligation tracking and AI agents across the lifecycle; a regulatory-calendar module and litigation management are not published. IntelloSync's integration list is lighter at the ERP end but its platform is wider: vendor onboarding and risk, a compliance calendar for laws, regulations and contract obligations, a document repository and a litigation tracker, all sharing one data model with the contracts.
Pricing and time to value
Icertis has no pricing page and publishes no price points or trial; Capterra displays a placeholder-looking starting price that should not be relied on. Enterprise implementations of this kind are typically multi-month programmes integrated with ERP systems. IntelloSync prices per module with unlimited users, offers a 30-day free trial, and is implemented module by module; the AI reads your templates and legacy contracts rather than requiring a data model to be built first.
Choose Icertis if…
you are a large global enterprise whose contracting runs through SAP Ariba, Fieldglass or Dynamics across many countries, your signatures are handled by a global e-signature provider, and your lawyers work in desktop Word.
Choose IntelloSync if…
you are an Indian or India-plus-APAC enterprise that wants CLM, vendor and compliance management together, needs Aadhaar eSign, DSC and e-stamping in the contract flow, wants Word Online as well as desktop Word, and prefers a faster, per-module rollout with unlimited users.
