Refund Policy
Auto-Renewal of Monthly Subscriptions After Trial Period:
All monthly IntelloSync subscriptions automatically renew after the trial period concludes. We do not offer refunds if a customer cancels their monthly subscription at any time after the trial period has ended
Changing from Monthly to Annual Subscription:
If you switch from a monthly to an annual subscription after the trial period, any fees paid during the monthly subscription period will not be refunded. Your new annual subscription term will start in the month following your last monthly payment, with a recalculated payment schedule.
No Refunds for Annual Subscriptions:
If you wish to cancel your subscription during an annual commitment and you've informed us of your decision, we will prevent the automatic renewal for another annual term. However, you'll retain access to IntelloSync for the remainder of the current annual term after cancellation, with no refund provided for the remaining duration of the annual term.
Cancellation During Trial Period:
If you notify the IntelloSync team during the trial period that you do not wish to continue with your subscription, and a payment is processed after your notification, you will receive a refund for that payment.
