Ironclad at a glance

Ironclad names Zoom, Salesforce, L'Oréal, Shell, Dropbox, Canva and Reddit among its customers and describes itself as a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for CLM. Its platform covers a Workflow Designer, the Ironclad Editor, Records repository, Smart Import of legacy contracts, obligations, Ironclad Signature, Clickwrap (from its 2021 PactSafe acquisition), and the Jurist AI assistant with AI Playbooks. Integrations include Salesforce, Slack, Microsoft Word, Google Docs and Coupa. IntelloSync at a glance

IntelloContract is the contract module of the IntelloSync platform. Contracts are drafted from templates and negotiated as real .docx files in Word Online or desktop Word, with the Copilot add-in reviewing against your playbooks inside the Word pane. Approvals route by contract type, value and department. Execution supports Aadhaar OTP eSign, DSC token signing and virtual signatures, plus Zoho Sign, DocuSign and Adobe Sign for global counterparties, with digital e-stamping in the same flow. After signature, the repository extracts parties, dates and obligations and feeds renewals to a calendar with owners and alerts. The same repository, permission model and AI layer serve IntelloVault (documents), IntelloVendor (third-party risk), IntelloComply (regulatory and contractual obligations) and IntelloCase (litigation). Pricing is per module with unlimited users, with a 30-day free trial. IntelloSync is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified.

Where you negotiate

Ironclad offers the widest choice of surfaces on this site: its browser-based Ironclad Editor, a Word add-in that opens Ironclad documents in Word with offline editing and one-click save-back, Word Online and Google Docs. Its own help centre is candid about the browser editor: best suited to documents under 75 pages, eight web-safe fonts, and for extensive formatting, download, edit in Microsoft Word and upload. IntelloSync takes the Word-native path throughout: the contract is always the .docx, edited in Word Online or desktop Word, with the Copilot add-in reviewing against your playbook in the pane. For long, heavily formatted Indian commercial contracts, test both on your longest live agreement.

Signing and stamping in India

Ironclad Signature's compliance page covers ESIGN and UETA (US), ESRA (New York) and eIDAS simple and advanced signatures (EU), excludes qualified electronic signatures and 21 CFR Part 11, and states that it may not support frameworks outside the US and EU; DocuSign can be configured instead. Aadhaar eSign, DSC and e-stamping are not published, and no India hosting region is listed. IntelloSync supports Aadhaar OTP eSign, DSC and virtual signatures natively, plus Zoho Sign, DocuSign and Adobe Sign, and manages e-stamping inside the workflow.

Scope beyond the contract

Ironclad publishes obligations, clickwrap and a procurement persona, but vendor management, a regulatory compliance calendar and matter management are not published as modules. IntelloSync's IntelloVendor, IntelloComply, IntelloVault and IntelloCase run on the same repository as IntelloContract.

Pricing

Ironclad is quote-only: its pricing page asks you to choose products (CLM, Jurist, e-signature), a deployment partner and add-ons such as API access and extra instances. Capterra displays a starting price of $500 per month. IntelloSync prices per module with unlimited users and offers a 30-day free trial on every product.
