What Legistify publishes
Legistify (Gurugram) sells LegisTrak, which it calls a legal operations command centre, with matter management, case alerts, litigation search, notices, payments and budgeting, IP and contracts. Its homepage invites you to browse 5,00,000+ cases across Indian courts and tribunals, its pricing page claims integration with 10,000+ courts, and its help centre says it covers all courts available online, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, district courts and tribunals; cases in courts that are not online can be added manually, and the same help page says RERA tracking currently covers Haryana only. Notices can be created from templates, logged as received or sent by email, with courier dockets tracked in one place. External lawyers can be added as users with role-based access, and a payments and budgeting module tracks legal expenditure. Its security page says it runs on AWS (RDS and OpenSearch) behind Cloudflare, with data centres hosted exclusively in India. Contracts are a module on the same platform, but the pages read do not say a matter links to the contract it arose from. Prices are not shown on its pricing page, and eCourts and CNR numbers are not named on the pages read.
What to compare when replacing a litigation tool
Five questions separate the shortlist quickly.
- Source of hearing dates: are they updated from court websites, typed in from counsel's email, or both, and who is alerted when a date moves?
- Coverage: which courts and tribunals are covered, in what unit the vendor counts them (cases, courts or forums), and what happens for a forum that is not online.
- Outside counsel: can counsel update a matter or raise an invoice without full access to your system?
- Contracts: does a dispute link to the contract it arose from, or does contract management sit in a separate product?
- Deployment and data: cloud, single-tenant or on-premise, where data is hosted, and which certifications are the vendor's own.
IntelloSync (IntelloCase)
We build this product, so read this section as the vendor's own account; the other sections are taken from each vendor's pages. IntelloSync says IntelloCase manages matters from intake to disposal, with case files, a hearing calendar with adjournments and statutory deadlines, legal holds, empanelled outside counsel with their invoices, and every pleading and order indexed for search. It says each matter carries the CNR number, the next listing date and the adjournment history, and that a matter links to the contract the dispute arose from because IntelloCase and IntelloContract share one repository. IntelloSync is headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, and is priced per module with unlimited users, without published price figures.
Provakil
Provakil (Pune) publishes automatic hearing and order updates from 19,000+ forums. Counsel can submit hearing updates through dedicated access without seeing the entire system and receive hearing dates in the Provakil mobile app, and a legal spend module gives advocates a dedicated external link to raise invoices. It can be deployed on the cloud or on your own servers. Its footer describes it as an ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified company. Pricing is not published, and the pages read do not name eCourts or CNR numbers.
Manupatra (MyKase)
Manupatra's MyKase (Noida) says it tracks cases across 10,000+ courts in India, alerts on new case filings to prevent ex parte orders, and manages legal notices from drafting to dispatch, with legal spend management. Manupatra says it hosts MyKase on Microsoft Azure; the certifications listed follow its description of Azure, and the page does not say which, if any, are Manupatra's own. Subscriptions are priced by number of users, cases and IP assets, without figures. Contract management is sold under a separate brand, Manucontract.
CaseDocker
CaseDocker, operated by Coingeit, lists contract, case, compliance, notice, billing and e-signature modules and says they connect so related legal work stays on one auditable record. Its case module says it fetches case details from thousands of courts, without a number. It handles individual and bulk notices and says it syncs with the Income Tax and GST portals, and its billing module covers time tracking, invoicing, expenses and collections. It can be deployed on cloud, single-tenant cloud or on-premise. Its footer says ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified while other pages say aligned, so ask for the certificate. Pricing is quote-only, and a head office address is not published on the pages read.
Legitquest (Patrol)
Legitquest (New Delhi) sells Patrol, a litigation management system for corporate legal departments, banks and financial institutions, alongside legal research and LIBIL litigation checks. Patrol's page states 10,000+ forums, notice, invoice, billing and expense management, and a shared workspace where internal teams and external counsel collaborate; contracts appear as documents stored on a matter. Its homepage lists ISO 27001:2022 among other certifications and describes secure cloud infrastructure. Patrol's pricing is not published.
Claw
Claw LegalTech (Ahmedabad) sells the Claw Platform (case search, real-time court tracking, billing) and Claw Enterprise for banks, NBFCs and companies, which adds notices drafted, served and tracked in one register, and advocate panel management. Its coverage figures differ by page: 9,102 courts on the homepage, and the Supreme Court, 25 High Courts and 30+ tribunals on the features page. It says the full stack can be deployed inside your network. It publishes prices in rupees, excluding GST: ₹13,000 per advocate a year for one advocate, falling to ₹6,500 each from 11, and, in its separate litigation check product, monitoring at ₹300 per entity a month for tribunals or ₹3,000 for all courts including district courts, with enterprise on quote. Contract management and certifications are not published on the pages read.
Lexplosion (Komlit), Complinity and LexComply
Read on 25 October 2026. Lexplosion's own blog post says Komlit gives automated updates from court websites, including cause lists and next hearing dates, with matter-level budgets and calendars. Complinity sells litigation as an add-on to its compliance platform, with notices that can be converted into cases and hearings recorded by the team. LexComply's litigation module logs notices and cases with reminders and escalation, and its court information is a court library rather than automatic updates. For the full write-up of each, see our litigation buyer's guide.
Which fits which
From the vendors' own descriptions, not a ranking.
- Large tribunal-heavy portfolios: Provakil publishes the largest figure (19,000+ forums); MyKase, Legistify and Legitquest each claim 10,000+ courts or forums, in different units.
- On-premise or inside your own network: Provakil, CaseDocker and Claw describe it.
- A published price: Claw.
- Disputes that arise from contracts, where the contract should sit one click from the matter: IntelloCase, and CaseDocker, describe linked modules.
- Research-led teams that also want litigation checks on counterparties: Legitquest.
How to test it in a trial
Coverage counts are vendor claims in different units; your own matters settle it.
- Load 30 live matters across at least three forums, including one tribunal, and count how many hearing dates update without a person typing them.
- Ask whether the matter record holds the CNR number, and how an adjournment is recorded and who is alerted.
- Give an outside counsel a login or link and check what they can and cannot see.
- Open a matter that arose from a contract and see whether the contract and the evidence are one click away.
- Ask for the certificate, not the logo, and where the data is hosted.
