What to evaluate in litigation management software for India
Six questions separate the shortlist quickly.
- Notices: are legal notices received and sent tracked with reply deadlines, and can a notice become a case?
- Court tracking: where do hearing dates come from, which courts and tribunals are covered, and do cause lists, orders and new filings against your company generate alerts? Ask whether the record carries the CNR number.
- Source of truth: is a hearing date typed in from counsel's email, or updated from a court website, and who is alerted when it moves?
- Outside counsel: empanelment, engagement terms, budgets and invoices, and whether counsel can update a matter without full access to your system.
- Links: is the dispute connected to the contract it arose from and to the documents held as evidence?
- Commercials and data: how pricing is set, where data is hosted, and what the vendor states about certifications and the use of your documents.
IntelloSync (IntelloCase)
We build this product, so read this section as the vendor's own account; the other sections are taken from each vendor's pages. IntelloSync says IntelloCase manages matters from intake to disposal, with case files, a hearing calendar with adjournments and statutory deadlines, legal holds, empanelled outside counsel with their invoices, and every pleading and order indexed for search. It says each matter carries the CNR number, the next listing date and the adjournment history, and that a matter links to the contract the dispute arose from because IntelloCase and IntelloContract share one repository. IntelloSync is headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, and is priced per module with unlimited users, without published price figures.
Legistify
Legistify (Gurugram) publishes legal notice management that logs notices received and sent, with AI batch upload of notices, templates, approval workflows, escalations and a live dashboard. Its case alert page describes tracking of court dates and hearings with alerts, and its homepage cites 5,00,000+ cases across Indian courts and tribunals, which is the vendor's own figure. It lists payment processing and expense management. Pricing and hosting location are not published on the pages read. The pages read do not name eCourts or CNR numbers, and do not say whether a notice or case links to a contract.
Provakil
Provakil (Pune) publishes litigation management with case updates and new cases from what it describes as more than 19,000 forums, naming tribunals such as NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, consumer commissions and labour courts, with daily cause lists, orders and new-filing alerts by entity, director or keyword. Counsel can submit hearing updates through its mobile app and dedicated access pathways without full system access, and a Legal Spend module tracks external counsel spend. Its homepage describes cloud or on-premise deployment and cites ISO/IEC 27001 in its footer. Pricing is not published. The pages read do not name eCourts or CNR numbers.
Manupatra (MyKase)
Manupatra's MyKase page describes notice management across the lifecycle of a legal notice from drafting to dispatch, and litigation tracking that it says covers more than 10,000 courts in India, with alerts for new case filings to prevent ex parte orders. It mentions legal spend management. Pricing, certifications and hosting are not published on the pages read, and the Manucomply page read showed no feature detail.
Lexplosion (Komlit)
Lexplosion (Kolkata) sells Komlit for litigation, alongside Komrisk for compliance. Its own blog post says Komlit gives automated updates from court websites, including cause lists and next hearing dates, matter-level budget and billing controls, and integrated calendars with reminders; the product pages themselves were not read. Lexplosion states ISO 27001 certification on its homepage. Pricing, hosting location and a link between a matter and a contract are not published on the pages read.
LexComply
LexComply (New Delhi) publishes a litigation module that logs notices as sent or received, records reply status, costs and documents, and routes updates to an approver, with automatic reminders and escalation by mail and SMS. Cases can be assigned to internal or external lawyers, with the cost incurred recorded on each update. Its court information is a court library by type, state and city; the pages read do not describe automatic court updates. Pricing, hosting and certifications are not published on the pages read.
Complinity
Complinity (Gurugram) sells litigation management as one of five add-on modules on its compliance platform. It tracks notices sent and received, replies and counter-replies, lets a notice be converted into a case, and records hearings and actionables with email alerts for next hearing dates. Its pages describe records entered by the team rather than automatic court updates. Platform tiers show prices on its website, from 15,000 a month for two users and one entity (currency not stated, one-time implementation fee extra); the litigation add-on's price is not shown. It states its coverage is limited to Indian law.
MikeLegal (Mike Litigator) and CaseMine
MikeLegal's Mike Litigator page describes a calendar of hearings filterable by court, party and date, and automatic updates on cases filed by or against a company; pricing is caseload-based with no figures published. CaseMine is a legal research product that includes case-management features, not a notice manager: it publishes prices in rupees from 12,999 a year for up to five cases. Lawrbit also sells legal matter management, but its pages could not be read on 25 October and it is not assessed here.
How to test it in a trial
Court coverage claims are easiest to judge on your own matters.
- Load 30 live matters across at least three forums, including one tribunal, and see how many hearing dates update without a person typing them.
- Ask whether the matter record holds the CNR number, and how an adjournment is recorded and who is alerted.
- Log one inbound notice with a reply deadline and convert it into a case.
- Give an outside counsel a login and check what they can and cannot see.
- Open a matter that arose from a contract and see whether the contract and the evidence sit one click away.
Information as of 25 October 2026, taken from each vendor's own website, help centre and public review listings; verify current capabilities and pricing with the vendor.

They differ on whether court updates are automatic or typed in, and on counsel and contract links. Lawrbit was not assessed.
Which vendors publish eCourts or CNR number support?
None of the vendors read names eCourts integration or CNR numbers on the pages read. Provakil and Lexplosion describe court updates and cause lists, Manupatra describes coverage of 10,000+ courts, and IntelloSync says each matter carries the CNR number. Ask each vendor how a hearing date reaches the record.
Which vendors publish pricing?
CaseMine publishes prices in rupees from 12,999 a year. Complinity publishes platform tier prices from 15,000 a month, currency not stated, and does not show the litigation add-on price. Does litigation software link to contracts?
On the pages read, Legistify and Provakil sell contract management as separate products, and the pages do not say a matter links to a contract. IntelloSync says IntelloCase and IntelloContract share one repository so a matter links to the contract it arose from.
How should an in-house team compare vendors on court coverage?
Court counts are vendor claims that measure different things: forums, courts or database size. Test on your own matters: how many hearing dates update without a person typing them, how new filings against your company are caught, and who is alerted when a date moves.
